Introduction: Sharing what I've filtered...

There is a lot of information out here on the internet. More and more, people are turning to the internet for health advice and information. This is increasingly true as more people are losing their health insurance and access to good, timely, healthcare.

I'm starting this blog to share health related information.  Over the decades of my education and clinical practice as a chiropractor, I've been exposed to a lot of information, some good, and some, not so much.

I've come to realize that this has made me a good filter or judge of health information.  This has been useful for my patients and others who haven't been so immersed in the study of health and the application of this knowledge.

A lot is stuff you probably already know.  For instance, eating raw vegetables and exercising regularly will make you healthier and feel better.  Perhaps being exposed to this basic concept one more time, from a different perspective, may trigger the reader to actually make a behavioral change for the better.

Making changes for the better is what this is all about !

In my next blog I will discuss how to implement positive changes.  This is for those of us, myself included, who know what we should do, and want/need to do it, but just can't get it done.

To your health,
